The Recruitment Group is looking for a Financial Controller on behalf of a client!

About the role: In the role of Financial Controller, you will work in a manufacturing company that is part of an international group. You will work in a dynamic, international, and exciting environment. You will be part of a team of three people led by the accounting manager.

The daily work is varied and will consist of everything from financial reporting and control to commercial finance and project management. Your points of contact will be both with colleagues within the group and internally with several different functions in the company, such as sales managers in our business units.

Main responsibilities:

• Accounting

• Coordination of outsourced accounts payable

• Monthly and annual financial statements

• Internal and external reporting

• Budgeting and forecasting

• Follow-up and analysis

• Project work

• Further develop and improve processes and routines

Qualifications:

• University degree in finance/accounting or equivalent

• Experience in qualified financial work

• Experience with ERP systems and Excel

• Structured and organized

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Curious, positive, and driven individual who sees opportunities and solutions

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Good at collaborating with others
