The Preschool Area 3 consists of 13 preschools at different addresses in Bromma.

The preschool area is led by a principal, four assistant principals, and an administrative manager, which enables close leadership. In the area, there are two special educators who provide support in working with children in need of special support.

In 2026, we will be working on a project to increase attendance. We are now looking for two preschool teacher substitutes who will be extra staff at two of our preschools for one year. The assignment will be to collaborate with other preschool teachers to develop the structure and organization of education. Therefore, we are looking for preschool teachers with experience in leading colleagues and driving pedagogical development work.

Your role

As a preschool teacher, you will actively work to develop teaching and education in the departments and the preschool as a whole. Both preschools are engaged in a development project regarding the importance of the environment for children's learning. You will be a driving force in shaping an accessible and equitable learning environment for the children. An important part of this work is to create a shared understanding of the environment and materials.

As a preschool teacher, you act as a role model and show the way by guiding and inspiring your colleagues. Your pedagogical competence and professional approach will influence your colleagues.

As a preschool teacher, you are brave, solution-focused, and secure in your role. You can democratically advocate for the best interests of the children and the operation. You know your curriculum and understand how to implement it in daily work.

Your competence and experience

We are looking for you who are an educated and licensed preschool teacher with several years of experience in the profession. You have knowledge and an idea of how you, together with your colleagues, will realize the goals and values of the curriculum. Your child focus is clear and reflected in your daily approach. You also have knowledge of how to make children's learning processes visible and further develop them using pedagogical documentation.

You have a strong drive to keep the pedagogical environment alive and you are passionate about working with creative expressions. You are a co-researching educator with the competent child in focus.

Good leadership qualities are a prerequisite. You are comfortable leading and motivating others and you share your experiences and knowledge.

You are a good organizer who can create structure and prioritize tasks. You understand the importance of collaboration and clear communication, and you are challenged by leading change.
