You will have a central role in the school's student health work. We have a well-functioning EHT with special teachers, a counselor, a psychologist, a social pedagogue, a principal, and deputy principals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Being responsible for pedagogical investigations, analysis of students' needs, as well as the establishment, follow-up, and quality assurance of action programs.
• A close collaboration with teachers, mentors, student health teams, and school management, where you serve as a professional support in pedagogical matters.
• The opportunity to work both strategically and operationally, focusing on preventive and promotional efforts at the individual, group, and organizational levels.

In addition to being part of our fantastic team here at Innovitaskolan in Södertälje, you will be part of the Innovitaskolan concept, where you will have the conditions to constantly be challenged and develop as an educator. We offer a large base with opportunities for professional development and a wellness contribution of 5000 SEK.

Are you the one we are looking for?

You have very good pedagogical competence and the ability to analyze learning environments, create structure, and adapt methods and teaching to promote students' development and goal fulfillment.

You communicate clearly and engagingly and guide both students and colleagues in a professional manner. You have a secure, relational, and inclusive approach. You create trusting relationships and contribute to a calm and supportive learning environment, both at the individual, group, and organizational levels. Building good relationships with students and colleagues is a natural part of your daily life.

The position is a 100% permanent position with a start date according to agreement, but preferably as soon as possible.
