To strengthen our team, we are looking for a driven and committed education manager for Campus Telge. With us, you will have a central role in shaping programs that meet the skills needs of the labor market and contribute to our students achieving their goals in a modern and future-oriented learning environment.
Your responsibilities
As an education manager at Campus Telge, you are responsible for planning, developing, and following up on our vocational higher education programs. You work closely with the business community to ensure that the programs match labor market needs and meet regulatory requirements. The role involves many contact points and a sometimes high pace, especially in connection with program starts. Travel to visit LIA companies and other educational locations, including overnight stays, may occur.
In the role, you plan and organize programs from start to finish and lead the work together with our educators. You play an important role in providing support and guidance to students and contributing to a good and inclusive student environment. You ensure that the programs maintain high relevance, comply with applicable regulations, and meet high-quality standards. The work involves continuously following up on results, evaluating educational efforts, and actively participating in the development of new educational concepts. You are also responsible for the work with reapplications, including drafting letters of intent from the business community.
As an education manager, you manage the budget and conduct monthly financial follow-ups for the programs. You lead management meetings and work towards good collaboration with the business community. The position also includes responsibility for the LIA process and close dialogue with employers. The work also includes company visits and location meetings, especially for distance education.
Who are you?
You have experience from vocational higher education, the education sector, project management, leadership, or similar fields. You are curious, communicative, and solution-oriented, work in a structured manner, and combine clarity with warmth. You enjoy building and nurturing networks and use them to develop the quality of the programs. In an environment where the pace can be high at times, you are flexible, stable, and comfortable switching between a strategic overview and operational work.
You manage educational administration independently and have experience leading educators or other staff. You are used to holding meetings, creating engagement in groups, and working both independently and collaboratively. You have many contact points and use your communication skills in dialogue with both educational consultants and students, whom you support throughout their studies to create a professional and engaging learning environment.
Requirements:
- Have a relevant post-secondary education
- Have documented experience working in education, leadership positions, or project management
- Have digital competence and are accustomed to working in learning portals as well as in Microsoft Teams.

Personal qualities:

You communicate clearly, enjoy many contact points, and like to build networks with employers to strengthen the program's connection to the labor market.
