Project Manager at Sekond in Trollhättan

Sekond is growing, and we are now looking for a project manager who wants to take a central role in our operations. About the Role

As a project manager with us, you will have a varied everyday life with responsibility for both people, finances, and customer relationships. You will lead and allocate work in projects, create timelines, plan staffing, and ensure that our resources are used in the best way. An important part of the role is to maintain close dialogue with our customers, build long-term relationships, and actively sell Sekond's services.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and applicable agreements, as well as ensuring that all documentation and reporting is done correctly, both internally and to our clients. To succeed, you need to be structured and confident in managing multiple parts simultaneously – from calculations and procurement of subcontractors to follow-up and final settlement.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Establishing and managing customer contacts
• Leading and motivating team members in projects
• Managing project finances (calculations, invoicing, change order management, final settlement)
• Ordering materials and procuring subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with agreements, laws, and permits
• Documenting projects and reporting results to the CEO and clients
