Vårdcentralen Påarp-Mörarp is the small health center with a big heart! We operate in newly renovated and well-equipped premises. We are a well-functioning clinic with high competence and well-established routines where we work in teams around the patients. We continuously work to develop our operations to offer our patients good and close care.

We have about 25 employees, and our team consists of specialists in general medicine, resident physicians, interns, district nurses, nurses, medical secretaries, nursing assistants, social workers, and physiotherapists. We have a dietitian on-site one day a week, and starting in January 2026, we will also have an occupational therapist in-house once a week. Our premises also include a child health center (BVC) and specialist clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, CBT, and dementia. We are also in the process of developing a REKO team with doctors and social workers. Additionally, we are responsible for a nursing home in Mörarp, Bokliden.

Vårdcentralen Påarp-Mörarp is located just southeast of Helsingborg - only a few minutes' walk from the train station and close to the E6 and E4 highways.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

With us, you will be offered a varied and developing job where you, as a physician, work in a team with other specialists and doctors. In your role, you will have both acute and scheduled appointments, where you have access to specialists for any questions.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you as a licensed physician with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale are required. It is advantageous if you have experience working in primary care, as well as experience from Hälsovalet. Additionally, it is desirable that you have knowledge of our systems PMO, Melior, and Mina Planer.

You who apply have a strong interest in general medicine and the patients you meet in primary care. It is important that you can embrace and work according to the goals and visions of primary care. To thrive with us, it is important that you have good communication skills, find it easy to work in teams, and that you, just like us, strive for good collaboration and high-quality care. In your professional role, you are engaged and feel responsible for your patients. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

A permanent position as a resident physician may be preceded by a fixed-term position as a junior physician for a period of three to six months in accordance with regional guidelines for the appointment of resident physician positions in primary care.
