We at Attendo are now looking for a Care Assistant for Attendo Home Care in Staffanstorp. Attendo Home Care Staffanstorp is located in beautiful Skåne, where we, on behalf of Staffanstorp municipality, are one of the providers of home care. As our assignment grows, we are looking for employees to join our friendly team.

About the role

As a care assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere for our customers is a big part of your role, as well as contributing with various activities that brighten the everyday life of our elderly.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes

• If necessary, assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.

• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions

• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

• Preferably a care assistant education of at least 800 points

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)

• Good computer skills/computer familiarity

• Driver's license B

Meritorious:

• Experience from care work in home care

• Experience of delegation.
