Nurse for Evening Shift in Municipal Health and Medical Care

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse in the evening, you have an independent and responsible role where you meet patients in various facilities throughout the municipality. You are responsible for planning, assessing, and implementing health and medical care measures, as well as contributing to safe and secure care during the evening hours.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Assessment of patients' health status and need for care measures
• Medication management and follow-up of prescriptions
• Collaboration with nursing staff, relatives, and other professionals
• Documentation and reporting according to applicable routines
• Contributing to patient safety and quality development

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, district nurse, or specialist nurse. Experience from municipal health and medical care, home care, or similar operations is an advantage but not a requirement.

A B driver's license is required, as the position involves moving between different workplaces within the municipality.
