About the role

As a Maintenance Engineer with us, you will be part of a close-knit team of technical specialists and engineers. Together, you will work to ensure that our equipment functions – today and tomorrow.

Your focus will be on optimizing maintenance plans, ensuring spare parts availability, participating in investments, and ensuring that new equipment is integrated smartly. You will work alongside colleagues who are located close to production in our various maintenance teams throughout the facility. The role allows for significant initiative based on the best interests of the operation.

Examples of tasks:

· Be responsible for maintenance projects, e.g., renovations.

· Lead technical investigations, reliability assessments, and requirements specifications

· Contribute to investment plans and competence assurance for new equipment

Your main tasks

· You are responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies based on data analysis, predictive maintenance, and condition-based maintenance.

· You will contribute to training and coaching both managers and maintenance personnel to improve our methods and tools.

· You will work closely with production, suppliers, and other functions to ensure that our equipment operates optimally and that any issues are prevented or addressed quickly.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is analytical, solution-oriented, and enjoys working in a team. You are communicative, like to learn new things, and see the value in both structure and collaboration. With us, you will have the opportunity to use your broad technical skills and contribute to finding solutions for both short-term and long-term maintenance needs. You will work across multiple areas and have a varied and developing job where no day is the same.

We hope you have:

• A technical university degree (e.g., mechanical engineering) or equivalent work experience

• Experience in maintenance work or technical analysis

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

• Previous experience with maintenance systems – e.g., Maximo – is a plus

We are a cross-functional team of maintenance engineers, machine purchasers, and planners who work closely together in an open and inclusive environment. With us, you will be part of a company where technology, collaboration, and development go hand in hand – regardless of who you are or where you come from. We want you to feel both safe, challenged, and welcome.

With us, you will receive:

• A varied everyday life with elements of technology, analysis, and collaboration

• The opportunity to influence and contribute to sustainable solutions
