Your Tasks

Do you want to work practically, be outdoors, and see clear results from what you do? As a ground worker with us, you will work on ground and construction projects alongside experienced colleagues. The tasks vary and may include simpler ground work, preparations for foundations, paving, and stone setting, as well as other common tasks within the field. You don’t need to know everything from the start – before starting, we offer basic training and a clear introduction so that you have the right conditions to get into the work. There is an opportunity to learn and develop throughout the season. The employment is a seasonal position with the possibility of permanent employment. The role is full-time, daytime, with a preliminary start in May/June.

Your Profile

This position is suitable for you who are curious about the ground and construction industry and want to try something new. Perhaps you are studying, maybe you work in another industry, or you are simply eager for a more practical job where you can use both your body and mind. What matters most to us is not what you have done before – but your drive, attitude, and willingness to learn. We believe you are responsible, engaged, and enjoy working with others. You take instructions, dare to ask questions, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed. Experience in construction, craftsmanship, or similar is an advantage but not a requirement. To apply for the position, you need to have a B driver's license and speak fluent Swedish.
