About the role

As a Production Leader at Ragn-Sells, you will be responsible, together with the Section Manager, for the daily operations in production at our facilities in Robertsfors. You are the link between clients, production staff, contractors, and the company's management. Together with the Section Manager, you will plan, coordinate, and follow up on production to ensure that our work is carried out safely, efficiently, and with the right quality. This is an operational role where you work closely with both projects and people.

Your main responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily production in ongoing projects
• Coordinate production planning regarding personnel, vehicles, and equipment
• Ensure that work is carried out according to schedule and quality
• Be the operational contact person for clients and other stakeholders on site
• Follow up on progress, obstacles, and needs in the projects
• Participate in construction and production meetings
• Ensure that self-checks, documentation, and logs are functioning
• Support projects with practical solutions and structure
• Participate in workplace safety efforts, including safety rounds, in consultation with the section manager
• Ensure that maintenance, service, and repairs of machines and vehicles are carried out
• Review invoices

You will have support from administration and management – your focus is on production and delivery.

Your profile

We expect you to have at least a high school education, preferably with a focus on technology or construction and civil engineering. It is a significant advantage if you also have work experience from the construction and civil engineering industry, or another relevant background such as the environmental and recycling industry. A big plus is if you have experience in planning and personnel management/leadership within production as well as experience in driving change and improvement work.

A driving license (B) is required, and a forklift license is also desirable. You are an experienced IT user, particularly with the Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

We are looking for someone who is driven, structured, and goal-oriented, with good administrative skills. You collaborate easily and actively contribute to creating a positive and safe work environment around you. You are communicative, straightforward, and clear in your expression, and you also have the ability to handle conflicts constructively if they arise. Furthermore, you are interested in technology and environmental issues.
