Information about the position
Professionals Nord, in collaboration with our client, is looking for a junior land designer to join the team in Umeå! The assignment is part of our staffing services. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant for our client for 12 months. The intention is that you will eventually be able to be directly employed by them, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. This recruitment process is handled by Professionals Nord, and the client's request is that all questions regarding the position go to [email protected]

Responsibilities
As a land designer, you will work project-based with their clients, which include property owners, contractors, and municipal clients. Initially, you will have your mentor and the rest of the workgroup as significant support, and as you become comfortable in your role, more and more developing tasks will be added. Examples of tasks include:

• Working with CAD software, Excel, etc.
• Designing land, streets, and roads
• Collaboration with other technical branches in infrastructure projects

We are looking for someone who
is graduating in construction engineering or already has an education as a civil engineer with a focus on construction technology or road/land design. If you have previous experience working in Civil 3D and NovaPoint, this is a merit, but not a requirement for the position. We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities as we believe this is the most important factor for thriving and developing in the role.
