Construction Workers for the 2026 Season

Your tasks with us will vary between groundwork, earthworks, roads, water and sewage works, and more. You will work in a team where everyone has an important task: to perform their duties as well as possible, always with a focus on safety and productivity. We know the importance of good planning and work with planning meetings and close collaboration with management. You will mainly work within the location you specify. The season starts in May with us.

We are looking for someone with some industry experience in road and construction; it is an advantage if you also have a professional certificate. To thrive with us, you need to be organized, enjoy working in a group, and contribute to a good atmosphere. You are interested in sustainability and safety, have a positive attitude, and see opportunities instead of obstacles. You are self-driven and do not hesitate to come up with ideas if you see something that can be done better, safer, or more efficiently. You take pride in your work and see your contribution to the project.

For this role, you need:

• Driver's license B
• Some industry experience
