Part-time and Summer Temporary Positions in LSS and SoL

We are currently seeking both part-time and summer temporary workers within LSS and SoL.

This job is suitable for you who want to work in personal assistance, daily activities, daily employment, group homes, service housing, and housing support, and enjoy working varied hours including weekend work or only weekend work if that suits you!

With us, you will have varied tasks where you contribute to creating security and a meaningful existence for our users.

If you have never worked in healthcare before and do not have training in the field, but want to gain some knowledge about what the profession can entail, there are digital tests available on the National Board of Health and Welfare's website. Once you have completed the tests, you will receive a diploma. You can, if you wish, access the material and take the tests and then attach the diplomas to your application.

You will:

• work to maintain the individual's abilities, health, and quality of life
• promote a safe and meaningful existence where the individual's needs are at the center and guide your work
• document in specific operational systems
• work according to implementation plans
• actively participate in quality and development work
• perform health and medical care interventions by delegation
• collaborate in the common care and support work

You must have:

• good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing
• good computer skills

It is advantageous if you also have:

• nursing assistant training or care education is advantageous, or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent
• experience of similar assignments and knowledge of working with individuals and groups
• a B driver's license.
