To meet the increased market demand for our services, we now need to expand our Community Design section with landscape architects based in Gothenburg.

The Land & Landscape group within the Community Design West department consists of a wonderful team of landscape architects, landscape engineers, and land project managers, and we offer you exciting tasks, personal development, and a high level of job satisfaction.

Responsibilities We are now looking for an experienced landscape architect. You will participate in assignments as a technical manager and project manager, where you will be responsible for your own and others' work with progress on assignments related to landscape architecture. You will have a key position in both smaller and larger assignments, together with colleagues within the department and in other technical areas in our multidisciplinary projects. Right now, we have several exciting projects on our plate, including the design and planning of transport hubs, preschools, parks and public spaces, hospitals, roads, and railways.

You will be part of a group with a good atmosphere and develop alongside competent colleagues. As one of Sweden's largest employers of landscape architects and landscape engineers, we create sustainable environments for experiences. Regardless of how you stay or travel, you, as a person, are affected by life between the buildings. Landscape architecture is so much more than just life between buildings, and that’s why we know that continuous development is required to drive our work forward in a creative process for a sustainable society.

Qualifications We see that you who are applying for this position have a great interest in sustainable urban and community development. You have a degree as a landscape architect with at least 8 years of professional experience. Your professional experience comes primarily from engineering or architectural offices. It is an advantage if you have experience working with Civil 3D. It is also beneficial if you have a broad network and good knowledge of the market.

We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities, and it is important for us that you want to work and develop in the consulting role. You enjoy working collaboratively with others and can adapt your communication for dialogue with colleagues at different levels within the company. You are social and service-oriented and interested in business development to contribute to innovation and thereby always provide our clients with quality-assured deliveries.

Since the work involves a large amount of communication, it is important that you can express yourself very well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
