As a Nursing Assistant with us, you work closely with clients in their home environment and contribute to a safe, dignified, and meaningful everyday life. The work is varied and based on person-centered care.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Providing care and support to clients with somatic needs and cognitive illnesses.
• Assisting with personal care, service tasks, and social support.
• Performing delegated health and medical care tasks.
• Creating security and continuity through a good approach.
• Documenting interventions according to applicable routines and legislation.
• Collaborating with colleagues, nurses, and other professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a trained Nursing Assistant with a protected professional title and who has a B driver's license, which is a requirement for work in home care. You preferably have experience working in home care and/or care and feel secure in meeting people with both somatic needs and cognitive illnesses.

As a person, you are responsible and professional, with a respectful approach in focus. You enjoy working both independently and in a team, where collaboration and support for colleagues are a natural part of everyday life. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is important for communicating and documenting in a safe and correct manner.
