Skiftingehus is looking for a teacher in Physical Education and Health

Skiftingehus is an F–9 school with approximately 580 students. The school is located about 3 km from the city center and has good bus connections as well as ample parking opportunities near the school. The school has been renovated into very nice environments adapted for all subjects. This means that the facilities are modern and tailored to each profession's needs.

As a teacher in Physical Education and Health, you have access to a full-sized gymnasium that can be divided into two halls. We are close to beautiful outdoor environments and the athletics arena in Ekängen.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In this position, you will teach Physical Education and Health in grades 7-9. You will plan, implement, follow up, and evaluate the teaching based on the curriculum Lgr22, together with your colleagues. You will adapt the teaching to the different needs of the students and actively work to motivate and engage them in the classroom. At our school, we work on language development in all subjects and grades.

In your role, you will work closely with your colleagues and share experiences and knowledge to strengthen students' learning and development. You will be part of the PREST teacher team where your two colleagues in PE also work. In this position, you will also be a mentor.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a teaching license with the qualification to teach grades 7-9 in Physical Education and Health. You may also have ongoing education that will conclude shortly. It is a plus if you have experience teaching Physical Education and Health. Knowledge of the systems ProReNata and Vklass is an advantage.
