Preschool Teacher for the Mälaren Unit

We are now looking for two preschool teachers for fixed-term employment in the Mälaren Unit. The unit includes Äppellunden, Täppan, Skogsbacken, Nattugglan, Sundby Park, and Tosterö.

With us, you will receive support from the lead preschool teacher, special educators, and development leaders. We also have a preschool center where we offer professional development.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a preschool teacher, you will work with your colleagues to create a safe, fun, and challenging education for the children. Together, we are responsible for an approach that encourages children to actively participate and influence their day at preschool.

You will plan, implement, and follow up on the activities according to the curriculum's goals and guidelines. With us, you will have a cohesive and innovative management team that provides you with the support you need. We apply trust-based leadership and encourage personal development through collegial learning and professional development.

We are a training preschool in collaboration with Mälardalen University and welcome preschool teacher students.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has/is:

• Licensed preschool teacher or in the final stages of your education.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
