Omega is a moderately sized secondary school with 430 fantastic students. We have a high qualification rate and high teacher density. We have a competent student health team and team mentors who work with students' social needs and the link between home and school. We will expand our collaboration with Mälardalen University to develop the future of mathematics teaching materials. The work will last for five years.

Goals for the Future Mathematics Teaching Materials for Secondary School:

• Significantly better mathematics teaching in Nyköping municipality's secondary classrooms
• Develop and test a prototype for a research-based teaching material for high-quality mathematics teaching and professional development
• Establish systems and tools for professional development

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Teaching mathematics for grades 7-9 together with six colleagues. We have organized mathematics teaching so that we have three mathematics teachers for two classes. This means we have flexible groups that change according to students' needs and knowledge levels. Participate in the work of developing the future mathematics teaching materials.
