JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a special teacher, you will plan, implement, and follow up on teaching based on students' different needs and conditions. You will work both in the classroom alongside teachers, in smaller groups, and with individual students. The teaching is adapted with the help of pedagogical support measures, such as visual aids, digital tools, and learning platforms. The role also includes supporting and guiding teachers regarding pedagogical adaptations in teaching.

You are part of the student health team and collaborate with other professional roles as well as the school's teachers. You contribute to assessments and screenings, primarily within the school's core subjects. If necessary, you will also have contact and meetings with students and guardians.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a teaching license and a special teacher degree, or who is studying to become a special teacher and is in the final stages of their education. You have a good understanding of the Swedish school system and experience working in primary education. You work in a structured manner and are confident in documenting and following up on pedagogical interventions.

As a person, you are communicative and have an easy time building good relationships. You thrive in a flexible role where tasks and priorities may vary. Collaboration is a given for you, and you want to contribute to the school's continued development through engagement and responsibility.
