Student Assistant/Support Pedagog for 5th Grade

We are looking for a secure and dedicated student assistant/support pedagog for a student in 5th grade. The position involves providing support both in learning and in social situations during the school day.
As a student assistant/support pedagog, you will work closely with the student in the classroom and in other school environments. You contribute to creating structure, motivation, and a conducive learning environment while supporting the student in social interactions with peers and adults. The work is carried out in close collaboration with teachers, student health services, and guardians.
Responsibilities
- Support the student in daily schoolwork based on individual needs
- Assist with structure, planning, and execution of tasks
- Support in social situations, breaks, and transitions
- Promote safety, independence, and positive relationships
Qualifications
- Experience as a student assistant, support pedagog, or similar is an advantage
- You are calm, clear, attentive, and have a good approach
- Good collaboration skills and a professional attitude
