About the role

As a teacher, you will teach both theoretical and practical aspects of electrical engineering and installation. You will also be responsible for student administration together with your colleague. The role includes securing APL placements and guiding students during their workplace-based learning (APL). You will also develop and adapt teaching materials to meet students' needs and ensure that the teaching complies with current regulations and guidelines from both the industry and the National Agency for Education. But you won't do this alone; you will be part of a team, both in Norrköping and with colleagues across Sweden, together creating an education to be proud of.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a qualified electrician
• Has at least 3 years of experience as an electrician
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and the ability to communicate, inspire, and motivate.

Meritorious for the position

• Has a degree as a vocational teacher or previous experience in education
• Previous experience in leadership roles, e.g., APL responsibility, team leader, or similar
