The overarching mission of the Education Administration is to provide all students in Oxelösund with the same opportunities to succeed in school and achieve good results. Ramdal School is a K-6 school with about 500 students. There are large areas around the school where students can be during recess or when we have outdoor lessons. Adjacent to the school, there is a swimming pool, sports hall, and a large sports facility. Our guiding principle is “every student, every day.”

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

At Ramdal School, you will have the opportunity to grow. There is now an opportunity for you, or perhaps for collaborating colleagues, to become part of our competent team. As a teacher with us, we expect you to conduct inspiring teaching and find strategies to reach every student, where relationship building is of great importance.

Your responsibilities include planning, implementing, and developing the educational work based on the school's governing documents and the needs and interests of the students, both individually and together with the team you belong to.

You actively participate in the school's development work and collaborate with other school staff to create a good learning and working environment for both students and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a licensed teacher qualified to teach grades 4-6.

You are well acquainted with the school's governing documents and have the ability to individualize teaching based on students' needs. You are a clear leader in the classroom with the ability to create structure, coherence, and build good relationships.

You are solution-focused and have a positive attitude towards school development and understand the importance of teaching.
