Your responsibilities

As a construction teacher, you will plan, implement, and evaluate the training according to the agreement with the Employment Agency. Together with other construction teachers, you will be responsible for the training in Katrineholm. Several colleagues, including management and other teaching staff in construction, will be available remotely.

In your role as APL coordinator, you will be responsible for the participants' internships (workplace-based learning, APL) that take place at local companies. Your task includes finding good APL placements for our participants and being the natural contact person for both the participants and the companies. You will also visit participants at their APL and document their development at the APL site.

With a responsible and positive approach, you will coach future construction workers in various trades. The work takes place both on-site at the training provider's premises and by visiting participants at their APL placements. An important part of your role will be to network with the industry, make connections, and promote our training. The training combines both theoretical and practical elements.

Your profile

We welcome applicants with strong construction knowledge, preferably in road and civil engineering, and good pedagogical skills. A requirement is that you have a vocational certificate in Road and Civil Engineering or documented extensive work experience in civil engineering.
