About Us

Dammsdalskolan in Vingåker is a nationally recognized boarding school specializing in educational initiatives aimed at children and adolescents within the NPF area. At Dammsdalskolan, we offer a comprehensive solution with school and accommodation within the framework of four school forms: primary school, secondary school, adapted primary school, and adapted secondary school.

Your Responsibilities

Dammsdalskolan offers you an exciting everyday life where you have the opportunity to meet each individual student based on their individual needs. You have a deep understanding of students' differences in learning and you meet the students with clarity and high positive expectations.

You are an active person who works to create a stimulating and developing environment with the student's needs at the center. You have a great interest in our working methods and see it as a given part of your teaching.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a teaching license and experience working with students in the NPF area. All subject combinations are interesting, and education and/or experience in multiple subjects is highly desirable. If you have an interest in the student group within adapted schools, we have a place for you in our organization. If you are qualified to work within the adapted school forms, we see this as an advantage, and perhaps you are the right person for us.

In this position, it is important that you enjoy walking and standing, moving a lot during a workday, as well as having the patience to be still and wait. It is essential to enjoy challenges and challenging situations and to see them as developing in your professional role. You are challenged to look for underlying causes of what happens in student work and focus more on what is beneath the surface than what you actually see. If you see opportunities and want to create developing, stimulating, and enriching days for our students, then you are the person we are looking for.

You have an inner drive, and an interest in digital tools is an advantage. We place great importance on personal qualities. A B driver's license is a requirement.

Employment Type

Permanent employment with start date according to agreement. Combination of time bank, vacation, and flexible working hours agreement. Start date according to agreement.
