We are looking for an engaged study and career counselor to strengthen the operation during a parental leave until December 31, 2026. Start as soon as possible by agreement.

We are looking for an engaged person who can temporarily strengthen the operations within the municipal activity responsibility (KAA) and Adult Education.

The assignment involves traveling to our various schools located in a geographically dispersed area.

Your main tasks

• Study and career guidance for Trosa municipality's residents.
• Coordinate and work operationally with the municipality's activity responsibility (KAA). Conduct outreach, map youth, implement and follow up on activities.
• Collaborate with high schools where Trosa municipality's students attend.
• Collaborate with other units in the municipality, various authorities (e.g., CSN, Employment Agency, Social Insurance Agency), other educational providers, and other relevant actors.
• Contribute to development work and quality assurance within adult education.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

• Study and career counselor degree or other education deemed equivalent.
• Experience in guidance and work from adult education, high school, and KAA.
• Good ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Good administrative skills and experience with digital systems.
• Experience collaborating with authorities or labor market actors.
• Excellent communication skills in both speech and writing.
• Knowledge of adult education regulations (Education Act, CSN, admissions).
• Driver's license B and preferably access to a car.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Training in MI or other conversation methodology.
• Experience working in the student registration systems EdLevo and Alvis.
• Knowledge of NPF and mental health issues, or youth with low trust in authorities.
