Stay-on Insurance

As a newly hired, permanent employee in Jokkmokk municipality for this position, we can offer you a Stay-on Insurance if you meet the following criteria:

• You must not have previously held a permanent position with the same role.
• You are registered as a resident, or you register in connection with employment.
• You must not have received the municipality's scholarship for post-secondary studies.

Job Responsibilities

As a social worker with us, you will work with the processing of various types of cases within social services, primarily within children and youth. You will be responsible for investigation, assessment, decisions, and follow-up of interventions according to all legal frameworks within social services.

With us, you have a reasonable workload that allows for development and social work. Here you do not need to have 10 balls in the air at the same time; if you still want that, there is of course the opportunity to contribute to development and take on increased responsibility.

Qualifications

• Degree in social work or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of applicable legislation, primarily SoL, LVU, and LVM.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and wants to work broadly within social services. You are flexible and want to work with different cases. What does the word flexible really mean to us? For us, it means being able to work across boundaries and help where needed.
