Your Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who, through a good approach and a professional work style, assists our elderly in their daily lives. You will help with personal hygiene, showering, laundry, cleaning, meals, and other services.

The goal is to enable the elderly to stay in their homes as long as they wish. You will work according to the assignment, where the customer's participation is the focus. This ensures that interventions are carried out with good quality according to the assistance decision and implementation plan.

Your tasks will also include documentation of actions and health status as well as medical tasks delegated by the responsible nurse.

Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

About You

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant, caregiver, or equivalent, but this is not a requirement. However, we do expect you to have experience in care, preferably within elderly care and/or home care.

Your interaction with individuals requires good competence based on personal suitability, maturity, and empathetic ability. You demonstrate a strong commitment to both the individual and the organization in all relationships and actions. You enjoy working independently and are patient and proactive. To communicate with individuals, relatives, and colleagues, write and access care documentation, and receive medication delegation, you need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

Heavy lifting occurs, and mobility aids should be used. Pets and smoking may be present in the workplace, so you should not be allergic.

The position requires a B driver's license. Since the workplace is located outside the city in Tavelsjö, having access to a personal vehicle is beneficial.
