Eriksdal care and nursing home in Umeå municipality is looking for a licensed nurse for an assignment during weeks 10–12, spring 2026. The facility caters to elderly individuals in need of health and medical care around the clock.

The assignment involves independent and responsible work where you play a central role in ensuring good and safe care for the residents of the home.

• Standard nursing tasks within special housing
• Medication management and medical assessments
• Documentation according to current legislation and routines
• Supervision and support to nursing staff
• Coordination and contact with doctors and other professionals within primary care and hospitals
• Responsibility for ensuring that medical interventions are carried out in a patient-safe and qualitative manner

• Licensed nurse
• At least 2 years of professional experience
• Valid SITHS card (level 3)
• Experience in municipal care or elderly care is an advantage
• Good collaboration skills and ability to work independently
• Good documentation and communication skills in Swedish
