At Apoteket Citykompaniet, you will work in a large and well-visited pharmacy located in the heart of Skellefteå. We are one of Sweden's top 100 pharmacies, with a steady flow of customers throughout the day and extra buzz around lunchtime.

We are a team of six people, each with clear responsibilities, ensuring stable staffing and a well-functioning pharmacy. We value collaboration, structure, and a good working environment – in a daily routine where pace, quality, and customer focus go hand in hand. The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 10-19, Saturdays 10-16, and Sundays 12-16.

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. You will handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, taking responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding of people's different needs.

• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so our customers can feel secure with us.

• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.

• Stay updated on our product range and campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible assistance.

• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medication.

• You are an experienced pharmacist or new to the profession – we believe strength lies in diversity.

• You have a particular interest in [e.g., self-care, digital counseling, quality, or supervision.

• You have a warm and professional demeanor where you see every customer.

• You enjoy collaborating and contribute positively to the team.
