The Primary Care Area North consists of Ersboda, Mariehem, Sävar, and Robertsfors health centers. The health centers are characterized by a forward-thinking attitude, competent staff, and a strong interest in development and change work. The working environment is a prioritized area.

At Robertsfors Health Center, you will meet patients of all ages and follow them throughout their lives. We have close collaboration between all professional categories. Here, we actively work for a good working environment and value good cooperation. Since we are 60 kilometers from the nearest hospital, it means that in our acute team, we sometimes need to handle urgent cases at the health center, and we actively work with good and close care. The health center is associated with residences, and we work closely with home healthcare. We also have ultrasound available to support our assessments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a specialist doctor with us, you contribute knowledge and commitment that makes people feel secure.

Your competence includes meeting people of all ages with all kinds of health-related issues and independently, or in a team, assessing and treating these. Supervision of training doctors and medical students is an important part of the work. On-call and backup on-call duties at the Primary Care Emergency are included. You are an active participant in the medical group and collaborate with other professional groups.

At Robertsfors Health Center, we work partially in teams and actively refine our various processes. You will be an important part of the improvement work and development of the operations. We offer a good working environment that you can actively influence, opportunities for development, as well as influence and participation in the operations. There is also the possibility of medical management responsibility if there is interest. As a specialist doctor in Robertsfors, a zone supplement is applied in addition to the base salary.

QUALIFICATIONS

For this job, you need to be a licensed physician and a specialist in general medicine. We prefer that you have experience in primary care. Interest in supervising students and training doctors is also important.

You are a present and positive person who, with expert knowledge and care, sees the patient and contributes to a holistic view that makes the care process better and safer. You enjoy collaborating and being there for other people. Personal qualities that are highly valued are pedagogical thinking, teamwork ability, willingness to develop, and flexibility.
