Our client is a Swedish producer of prefab frames. They manufacture and assemble steel structures and concrete elements for all types of buildings such as offices, hotels, public buildings, and larger multi-family houses.

Production is expected to increase, and the company now needs to hire two more Concrete Workers/Production Workers.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Production Worker, you will work in a prefab factory manufacturing prefabricated concrete elements, particularly wall elements. The work can be physically demanding and fast-paced, so we are looking for someone with good physical fitness and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:
*You have a background in construction or production
*You have previous experience with concrete, casting, and basic reinforcement
*You can read simple reinforcement drawings
*You have good physical fitness
*You speak Swedish or good English (e.g., Polish and English)
*You hold a B driver's license and have access to your own car (unless you live close to the workplace)

Previous experience in prefab manufacturing within concrete is highly advantageous for the position.
