They are now looking for a scheduler for their project Nyköping Bibana.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Implenia is now seeking a scheduler for their project Nyköping Bibana. The project is part of the Swedish Transport Administration's railway project Ostlänken. The work includes earthworks, concrete works, and railway works, and involves close collaboration between several technical areas.
As a scheduler, you will play a central role in their project, from early planning stages to completion. You will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and analyzing the project's schedules and contributing to creating realistic and well-founded plans together with the project team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main responsibilities:
- Develop and update detailed schedules for the entire project using the planning tool Primavera
- Identify critical milestones, risks, and opportunities in the project's schedule and propose proactive measures
- Collaborate closely with project managers and clients to ensure a common understanding and management of changes
- Monitor progress, analyze deviations, and report status to the project organization.
- Contribute to developing our methods, tools, and working practices within project scheduling for increased efficiency and value creation
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has relevant education, preferably in construction and civil engineering
- Has 3–5 years of experience in the construction or civil engineering industry, preferably with a background in production, such as a site manager.
- Has experience with planning tools such as Primavera, Astra Powerproject, MS Project, or Tilos is an advantage
- Possesses good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Holds a valid driver's license (B)
Desirable:
- Previously worked as a scheduler

You also contribute with solutions and preventive measures when challenges arise.
