Job responsibilities

The role is broad and varied. You will work with programming, commissioning, and construction in contracting projects of varying sizes. Everything from a smaller tenant adaptation to larger property complexes. You will have the opportunity to be involved from start to finish in the project.

Examples of job responsibilities:

• Design of control systems (PLCs, IP structures, room controls, communication loops, etc.)
• PLC programming
• Collaborate with technicians, project managers, and installers
• Design and programming of HMIs
• Commissioning of your own or others' programming
• Be part of a team that together creates fantastic projects with great customer benefit

The work is based in the office in Årsta and is carried out both there and at customer sites in the Stockholm area.

We are looking for you who:

Requirements:

• Have experience or knowledge in property automation, control technology, or PLC programming

• Have a good understanding of HVAC technical systems

• Can communicate fluently in Swedish and have good English skills

• Have a B driver's license

Meritorious:

• Experience with SAIA, Niagara, CODESYS, Fidelix, Larmia or similar PLC/SCADA platforms

• Installation experience or understanding of control cabinet construction

• Familiarity with working in contracts.
