Kylslaget has been working with air-to-air heat pumps since 2007 and is now an established player in climate-smart solutions for individuals and businesses. We are in an expansive phase and are now looking for a dedicated and driven service technician who wants to help develop our customer experience.

As a service technician at Kylslaget, you will be a key person in our team. You will be responsible for: 

Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing air heat pumps for our customers

• Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing air heat pumps for our customers

• Working independently in the field, with the security of always having a supportive team

• Solving problems on-site and ensuring the best possible customer experience

• Handling a fast-paced environment and being flexible for some travel with overnight stays each month

The position is based at our headquarters in Vallentuna, but the work is primarily carried out at customer locations around the region. The employment is a permanent position starting with a six-month probationary period. Working hours are full-time, daytime Monday to Friday, and salary is based on a fixed monthly salary by agreement.

We are looking for someone who is practical and has experience from trades or similar fields. To succeed in this role, you need to be self-driven, solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We would like you to:

• Have experience as a tradesperson and enjoy working practically

• Be driven, responsible, and used to working independently

• Have a strong sense of service and understand the importance of creating satisfied customers

• Have a valid driver's license (B)
