Site Manager Concrete/Infrastructure Stockholm for Growing Clausen & Lovén

As a Site Manager in our infrastructure/concrete business unit, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and following up on daily production at our construction sites. You are a key person in the projects and act as the link between the site manager, skilled workers, subcontractors, and clients. Your Responsibilities

As a site manager with us, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and following up on daily production at the construction site. You create structure in everyday life, keep the team together, and ensure that the work progresses according to plan with the right quality, safety, and pace. You are close to the team, see what is needed, and take initiative to solve problems before they grow. Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Leading and distributing daily work on the construction site and ensuring that production follows the schedule and set goals
• Establishing and following production plans, schedules, and work preparations together with the site manager, as well as participating in purchasing and financial follow-up
• Coordinating skilled workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to create an efficient production flow and participating in construction/production meetings with project stakeholders
• Actively working with work environment and safety, conducting safety rounds, risk analyses, and action plans according to company procedures
• Motivating the team, building team spirit, and contributing to a positive work climate in line with our values: Joy, Responsibility, Courage, Engagement.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience as a site manager, foreman, or equivalent role in construction with a good ability to plan and lead daily production
• Experience in cast-in-place structures within larger infrastructure projects is a plus
• Since we often work on international projects and in English-speaking workplaces, you need to express yourself fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Driver's license category B and good computer skills, preferably experience with digital project tools
