BLP is a specialist company in shelters, civil protection, and related technical installations. We work for municipalities, property owners, and larger construction actors across Sweden, in projects where quality, responsibility, and sustainability are crucial.

We are now looking for a project manager who wants to take overall responsibility for projects from start to finish.

About the role

As a project manager at BLP, you will be responsible for:

• Planning, execution, and follow-up of projects
• Budget, timeline, quality, and work environment
• Contact with clients, subcontractors, and internal resources
• Practical support to technicians in production

The projects vary in size and complexity, but they all share a focus on execution with clear technical/regulatory requirements and are vital to society.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in project management within construction, installation, or technical contracts
• Is structured, self-driven, and business-minded
• Has a good financial understanding and is confident in decision-making
• Has natural leadership skills and the ability to build trust

Since travel is required in the position, you need to have a valid driver's license (B).

Experience with shelters is an advantage but not a requirement.
