We are looking for a Scheduler for the Saltsjöbanan program for an authority within traffic.

This is a consulting assignment. The stationing location is Stockholm.

The position is part-time at 50%.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The role of the scheduler is responsible for the overall schedule of the program and acts as an executor and advisor in scheduling. The role involves gathering information from projects, analyzing and improving the quality of the schedule, and collaborating with projects and departments to ensure delivery according to agreed time, cost, and content.

Responsibilities

Communicate the overall schedule of the program with relevant internal and external stakeholders

Identify needs for project-specific routines, guidelines, templates, and tools within scheduling and support their application

Assist with documentation for decision-making and service statements to the politics

Continuously follow up and report on the overall schedule of the program

Collaborate with the technical and traffic departments in planning track and track-adjacent work as well as traffic closures

Identify dependencies between projects

Develop an approved baseline that manages changes in the schedule

Coordinate with functions for finance and risk management

Inform project members about project schedules and progress

Identify opportunities for schedule compression while monitoring schedule risks

Work within the program and, if necessary, within other projects in the administration

Requirements (IMPORTANT, mandatory)

Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

University degree or vocational training in a relevant field such as Civil Engineering, Road and Water, Land Surveying, Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Computer Engineering.

Can demonstrate at least two projects with a total duration of at least four years where system support for scheduling has been used in Primavera, MS Project, or equivalent tools. An independent reference person must be provided with contact information:

Has experience in scheduling, at least five years from a construction contractor or client in contract operations.

Has experience in scheduling, at least three years working within programs or portfolios in construction or where coordination between projects or different programs was required.

Desirable

At least two years of experience in information retrieval from CAD and BIM.

Has experience from at least two projects in transforming schedules into phase plans on drawings where the connection of time and place is clearly indicated for the activities.

Performed planning work for at least three years on infrastructure projects larger than 500 million SEK.
