SITE MANAGER – ROT & CONSTRUCTION / RENOVATION

About the Company

We are an established and growing construction company working with ROT projects and construction in the Stockholm region. Our core business includes renovation of villas and apartments, reconstruction of premises, conversion of basement spaces into living areas, bathroom renovations, and construction of new villas.

Our focus is on quality, structure, and long-term customer relationships. We collaborate with both our own employees and subcontractors and manage projects with high demands on execution, economy, and safety.

We are now looking for a driven and responsible site manager who wants to ensure that our projects are carried out professionally – from start to final delivery.

About the Role

As a site manager, you are responsible for the entire process in our construction and ROT projects. You plan, coordinate, and follow up on the work on-site and ensure that projects are executed according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

Your main tasks include:

• Planning and initiation of projects as well as conducting kick-off meetings
• 
  
• Coordination of own staff and subcontractors
• 
  
• Ensuring that the right materials, resources, and expertise are in place
• 
  
• Ongoing follow-up of time, costs, and quality
• 
  
• Documentation according to applicable requirements (ROT, self-inspections, changes, etc.)
• 
  
• Responsibility for work environment and compliance with safety regulations
• 
  
• Contact and communication with clients, customers, and partners
• 
  
• Quality checks during the project and at final inspection

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who is structured, solution-oriented, and has a strong desire to take responsibility. You thrive in a role where you combine planning with presence on-site in the projects.

We would like you to:

• Have experience from construction and renovation projects, preferably within ROT
• 
  
• Have worked as a site manager, project manager, or in a similar role
• 
  
• Be used to working on multiple projects simultaneously
• 
  
• Be communicative and confident in contact with clients and employees
• 
  
• Have a good understanding of economy, schedules, and quality in construction projects
• 
  
• Master Swedish well in speech and writing
• 
  
• Have good computer skills
• 
  
• Hold a valid driver's license (B)
