Job Description

We are now looking for a licensed nurse with diabetes expertise. The position involves being responsible for and developing the diabetes clinic at the healthcare center in close collaboration with the rest of the team. The work is largely independent, which means you should be able to make your own assessments and decisions. You will have the support of a multidisciplinary team, close collaboration with the responsible physician, regular quality rounds, and a network with other diabetes nurses in our organization.

The position also involves participating in the healthcare center's other work, such as phone counseling, clinic work, and vaccinations.

Qualifications

We prefer that you have several years of experience working in primary care, but even those with shorter experience are warmly welcomed to apply, as personal suitability and the ability to fit into the team are of utmost importance to us.

• You are a licensed nurse with further education in diabetes

• You have experience in phone counseling

• You enjoy working both independently and in a team

• You have good experience with documentation

• You feel secure and comfortable in your professional role and are engaged

• You contribute to a good work climate

• You work proactively to improve our operations
