Within the Care and Support Administration, we have full-time as the norm. This means that all permanent employees essentially have a full-time position. More information about what this means for this position will be provided during a potential interview. Personal assistants are exempt from the full-time norm.

As a Nursing Assistant
As a nursing assistant, you will work with a variety of tasks. You play an important role in direct contact with our users, providing personal care and service efforts that make a difference in their daily lives. You work every day to provide good care with great consideration for the individual needs of the users.
Linné Elderly Home is a care and support facility focused on individuals with care needs and dementia. Linné has 40 places distributed across 2 departments.
Your Tasks
Your work includes performing tasks delegated by licensed personnel, developing the operations and yourself in close collaboration with your colleagues, and documenting according to the Social Services Act. You are expected to create and maintain good contact with users, relatives, licensed personnel, and other important contacts for the users. It also includes working with palliative care in the end-of-life stage and actively participating in teamwork around the users.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title according to the National Board of Health and Welfare's requirements. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, which is a prerequisite for communicating with patients, relatives, and colleagues, as well as documenting according to current routines. You are accustomed to and feel secure with delegation. Experience in elderly care is an advantage.
To fit in the role, you are a calm and stable person who can maintain control even when it is stressful. With a realistic approach, you focus on what is most important. You collaborate well with others and are attentive and flexible in your interactions with people. You listen, communicate clearly, and can resolve conflicts effectively. In your interactions with others, you are friendly, attentive, and accommodating. You want to help and make an effort to find good solutions.
