About the position

Meliva Lindbacken is a pleasant and well-functioning health center with a broad primary care operation located in new and fresh facilities designed for the purpose. Here, doctors, nurses, district nurses, physiotherapists, dietitians, nursing assistants, and psychologists work closely together to meet our patients' needs in the best way possible. Our daily work is characterized by close collaboration with colleagues, continuous development, and high patient safety.

As a nurse with us, you will work with standard tasks within primary care, including telephone advice, outpatient work, and digital patient meetings. The work includes both urgent and planned visits, as well as collaboration with home care when needed.

Since we are a smaller and growing unit, it is important that you can see the whole picture and help where needed at the moment/day. While this can be seen as a challenge, it is also the charm of working here, as we get to see many parts of the operation and help each other as a strong team.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assessment and advice via phone, chat, and video meetings
• Own clinic with planned and urgent patient visits
• Wound care, vaccinations, lifestyle advice, and chronic care coordination
• Collaboration with other professionals within the team for comprehensive care
• Active participation in quality and improvement work

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse or district nurse with several years of experience in primary care
• Is confident in your professional role and has a good ability to independently assess the patient's needs
• Has good communication skills, is empathetic, and meets patients professionally
• Is structured and responsible
• Enjoys teamwork and contributes to a good work climate
• Is positive, proactive, and creative when we need to solve problems
• Is interested in participating in organizational development and digital healthcare forms

Meritorious: experience with the Cosmic journal system.
