As a Designer, you will play a central role in the design of piping systems for HVDC projects. HVDC technology is used to efficiently transmit electricity over long distances with minimal losses, making it particularly valuable in renewable energy and international power projects.

In this role, you will work on the design and 2D/3D modeling of pipes, pump stations, and motors to construct cooling systems used in HVDC projects. Your work is crucial to ensuring that these cooling systems effectively regulate the temperature in high-voltage facilities and meet technical requirements and customer needs. You will have significant responsibility and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Design and construction of piping systems and pump stations using Solid Edge
• Managing technical challenges and coordinating different parts of the projects
• Conducting coordination meetings with clients, often in English
• Collaborating with the welding shop and production to ensure that the designs work optimally in practice

Requirements:

• Education: Engineer, at least YH level
• Specialization: Mechanical, CAD, or HVAC
• Language: Swedish and English, both spoken and written
