Are you an experienced project manager in procurement or supply chain looking to take the next step in a high-tech and socially important industry? We are now seeking a senior project manager who wants to take overall responsibility in a team working with material budgeting, quotation calculations, and the development of strategic procurement processes. Here, you will play a central role in the work behind some of Sweden's most advanced maritime systems.

As a senior project manager in procurement, you will have a significant role in early-stage analysis, planning, and forecasting the project life cycles and their various phases. You will have clear overall responsibility for leading and coordinating project teams in complex and technically advanced ship projects. To thrive in this role, you have experience working in larger and complex project environments and a well-developed ability to understand and navigate internal processes, relationships, and structures. We also see that you have experience working in international contexts. The role also requires a strong drive, structured work methodology – such as procurement, finance, law, production, and engineering. The right attitude and willingness to develop are crucial! 
 

• Has at least 8 years of experience from a similar position
• Has a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial economics, logistics, or economics with a technical focus 
• Has a strong interest in the defense industry 
• Has excellent skills in Excel 
• Has the ability to build relationships and gather information from various functions within the organization 
• Has a strong initiative and a desire to develop 
• Has fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written 

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where the client has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, involve requirements for certain citizenship.
