JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an arrest guard with us, you will be responsible for our arrest operations. You will manage the daily operations together with the regular staff and take care of individuals who are deprived of their liberty for various reasons. Arrest supervision is led by the station commander. You will also work on investigative tasks under the guidance of a preliminary investigation leader.

Additional tasks may arise as the influx of cases can vary greatly.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a police student or has work experience that the employer deems relevant for the position, such as in service, care, or dealing with people in vulnerable situations, etc.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Has a B driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle

It is advantageous if you:

• Are studying at the police academy and have passing grades in the self-defense course
• Have experience in service work with many external direct contacts in the form of personal meetings
• Have experience working with people in vulnerable environments
• Have experience in service work within the police, another authority, or public administration
• Have knowledge/skills regarding police data systems such as RES, lost property, and Durtvå
