Operations Manager at CBRE in Linköping

Within the Business Unit Tech (formerly H2M), approximately 250 employees work with technical property management and administration. Through knowledge, creativity, and collaboration, we create better conditions for smarter property management, where the whole is the focus.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for and drive contracts towards set goals
• Administrative work related to contracts
• Ensure that delivery occurs according to agreements
• Ensure that CBRE's procedures are followed
• Lead a team of about 6-10 people

You will occasionally need to support the operations in the operational work.

Who are you?

You have:

• Post-secondary education in property technology, property engineering, or property management, or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience
• At least 5 years of experience in technical property management
• At least 3 years of experience in leadership within property management
• Good administrative and financial skills
• A genuine interest in properties and people

Personal qualities

As an operations manager, you have a good ability to create engagement, build trust, and communicate, as well as create good collaborations with staff, clients, and subcontractors.
