Test Technician at Saab in Motala

Your Role

Do you want to work with technology in an exciting environment? Then this is the job for you! We are currently looking for a Test Technician for our operations in Motala, where we assemble, test, and maintain underwater systems.

In this role, you will work with testing and verification of underwater systems both on land and at sea. You will work on underwater systems with tasks such as troubleshooting, maintenance, integration, and preparation - and you will also do this in connection with test equipment.

The tasks in this role are primarily focused on electronics, but you will also work with mechanics and data (mechatronics).

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has an interest in the underwater world in general and underwater technology in particular. Collaboration, loyalty, and precision permeate the team's working methods, and we seek someone who values this in their way of working. You also have a good ability to independently take responsibility for your work to achieve set goals.

We are looking for someone with a few years of work experience in the field of electronics. We would also like you to have a breadth of knowledge in basic mechanics and data.

A prerequisite for this job is that you have good system familiarity and good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, citizenship may be required.
