Do you want to work as a mechanic on shifts and keep production in top shape?
We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, problem-solving, and variety in everyday life.
With us at Ovako in Boxholm, you will have a role where each day is unique, from preventive maintenance to tackling more challenging troubleshooting and projects. We want you to feel that you make a difference and be part of a team that collaborates and develops together.
Your Responsibilities
As a mechanic with us, you will work with everything from daily maintenance to more extensive repairs and renovations. You will, among other things:
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on our facilities.
- Replace components and address faults in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Weld using various methods, such as electric and MIG welding.
- Ensure that the workshop's machines are kept in good condition and that the workplace is organized and safe.
- Participate in projects as needed and actively work in our maintenance system, API.
Your Experience and Qualities
We believe you have experience and knowledge in mechanical engineering or automotive technology, hydraulics and pneumatics, as well as welding. Forklift and overhead crane licenses and basic computer skills are advantageous.
