We are now looking for an experienced and committed Lead Electrician for direct recruitment to one of our clients in Norrköping. The client is currently confidential but is an established and stable player in their industry.

In this role, you will combine operational electrical work with leadership and coordination on-site. You will play a central role in the execution of projects and be responsible for ensuring that work progresses according to schedule, quality requirements, and applicable regulations.

• Lead and distribute the daily work for electricians on-site

• Ensure that installations are carried out according to drawings, electrical safety regulations, and project requirements

• Participate in installation work in areas such as power, lighting, and control

• Coordinate work with other professional groups on-site

• Monitor quality, work environment, and schedule

• Act as a contact person towards project management

• Participate in self-inspections and documentation

• Completed electrical education at the high school level or equivalent

• ECY certificate or equivalent documented competence

• Several years of experience working as an electrician

• Documented experience in leadership within electrical work

• Good ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation

• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

• Valid driver's license (B)

• Experience with larger contracting projects

• ESA certification

• Experience with projects in industrial or commercial properties
