About the Role
During your working days, you will work variably with service, installations, and corrective maintenance on electrical systems primarily in healthcare and industrial environments. You evaluate the situation that has arisen, report any deviations with improvement and action proposals, and carry out the work. You will participate in smaller projects regarding electrical installations, which also include quotation work. You are responsible for the supervision and maintenance of the electrical systems in accordance with our customer contracts.

You will become an important part of a small team based at the University Hospital, collaborating with other technical areas. As a team, we believe in close cooperation, so you will support other professional groups as needed. The role is varied and involves everything from simple installations such as wall sockets, switches, and lighting fixtures to rounds of electrical systems with a focus on preventing faults and identifying improvements. On-call duties may be included in the role once you have achieved the necessary competence.

Qualifications
• Approved electrician training
• Completed apprenticeship, as we cannot provide the required moments
• Experience reading electrical diagrams and troubleshooting independently
• Very good ability to communicate with customers and colleagues
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Some computer skills, as work is distributed and reported digitally

Merits
• Experience with service and maintenance in other technical areas

• B-driver's license
• Experience working with switchgear
• Some experience working with MSP

You are proactive, skilled at building good relationships, and quality-conscious. You take responsibility for the whole picture – from ensuring the work is technically correct to using time efficiently and providing the customer with professional treatment.

You are confident in your professional role and do not hesitate to seek support from colleagues or partners when it leads to better, safer, or more cost-effective solutions. In this role, you are expected to make daily decisions on-site – for example, regarding material selection, work methods, and time usage – keeping technology, safety, and economics in mind.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities and are looking for someone who wants to do a good job – not just finish it. If you have high work ethic and drive, you are welcome to apply even if you are not entirely self-sufficient yet. However, a completed apprenticeship is a requirement.
